Spring honey is officially bottled!

This year’s harvest gave us just under 5 gallons of beautiful, raw spring honey. The bees worked the tulip poplars hard this season, giving this batch a light, delicate flavor with the unique notes that make poplar honey such a favorite here in the mountains.

Every jar is a reminder that even after the storm, life keeps blooming.
