Campground Payment & Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change, and we strive to be as fair as possible while keeping our small business sustainable. Please read our cancellation and payment policy carefully before booking.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 7 days prior to your arrival using the card on file.
• By booking, you authorize us to charge the final balance unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are non-refundable.
If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, you will receive a camping credit equal to the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the issue date, minus a $25 cancel fee. Past the 7 days, you will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows and early departures are not eligible for credit.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

We offer Travel Protection at the time of booking through Worry Free Bookings.
If you purchase travel protection and need to cancel, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.

• Without travel protection, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including illness, weather, or personal emergencies.
Modifying Your Reservation
Date changes are allowed up to 7 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Shortening your stay is considered a partial cancellation and is subject to the same credit-only policy.
• Modified reservations may be subject to price differences.
Weather & Emergency Policy
We do not issue credits or refunds due to weather unless there is a government-issued evacuation order or state of emergency affecting our campground.
DOUBLE BOOKINGS: If you double book, the same cancellation policy will apply. This includes bookings done over the phone, in person and/or online. You are responsible for your reservations made.
