Q. What is check in and check out times?
A. Check in is 1pm and check out is 11am - we have to stick with these times because our road is one way.

Q. Are you open year-round?
A. No, we are open first weekend in April through the last weekend in October.

Q. Do you take seasonal campers?
A. No

Q. Do you take long-term campers?
A. Yes. We offer weekly rates and there is no cap on how many weeks you can stay.

Q. Do your sites have full hook-up?
A. Yes, every site has full hook-ups: 30 or 50 amp, water, sewer, complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the park.

Q. Do you offer cable?
A. No, but our wifi signal is strong enough for streaming.

Q. Can you accept Big Rigs?
A. Absolutely! Almost all of our sites will accommodate 40+ feet Rigs. However, we do have a few sites that are limited on size. If you’re unsure, always call and ask!

Q. How early do you take reservations?
A. We book 2 years out, to date.

Q. How early should we make reservations?
A. As early as you can. Holidays, July & October fill up a year in advanced.

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes, we offer discounts for Military (active, retired or veterans), Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, First Responders and EMS

Q. What do you require to book a stay?
A. We require 50% of the total upon booking

Q. Can we transfer our reservation to a friend or family member if we can’t come?
A. No, we do not transfer any reservations.

Q. What are our options if we can’t come?
A. We have a very detailed cancellation policy and advise you to read through it before commiting to a booking with us. We offer a complimentary date move if you are within the time frame to do so.

Q. Do you have Tent Camping?
A. No, we have RV sites only.

Q. Do you have minimum reservations?
A. Yes, weekends are a 2 night minimum during April, May & September. From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, all weekends are a 3 night minimum. All October weekends are a 3 night minimum.

Q. When is peak season?
A. Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and the entire month of October.

Q. Will my cell phone work at the Park?
A. There is limited service here. Verizon works the best. If your plan allows it, you can enable wi-fi calling to makes calls.

Q. How close is the Blue Ridge Parkway?
A. 5 miles - milepost 316 - Linville Falls entrance

Q. Are golf carts allowed?
A. Yes. We allow battery powered golf carts.

Q. Do you need a licenses to fish in the North Toe River?
A. Yes, you can get that on the NC Wildlife Commission website.

Q. Do you need a licenses to fish in the lake?
A. No, its private property. However it is catch and release only.

Q. Are you firm on your cancellation policy?
A. Yes, we are very firm on the cancellation policy. Please make sure you read it entirely before committing to booking a reservation.
