THIS WILL APPLY TO NEW & EXISTING RESERVATIONS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE IN CASH PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO SO PRIOR TO 14 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL, OTHERWISE, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE CARD ON FILE FOR YOUR RESERVATION.

FOR RESERVATIONS THAT PROVIDE AN INVALID METHOD OF PAYMENT (CARD IS DECLINED OR EXPIRED), WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU FOR UP TO 48 HOURS (12 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL), IF WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH YOU, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE RELEASED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
